• Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh. • Educational Level: Pre-Matric: Students enrolled in Classes 9 or 10. • Post-Matric: Students in Classes 11, 12, undergraduate, postgraduate, or diploma courses in recognized institutions. • Category: Open to SC, ST, OBC, General, and Minority category students. • Family Income: Pre-Matric: Annual family income not exceeding ₹1 lakh.
